Global Social Enterprise Institute

In the spring of 2016, my Public Relations Research course worked on developing a public relations plan for our client, T the Global Social Enterprise Institute . GSEI is a thought-leadership center hoping to expand social entrepreneurship in marginalized communities across the U.S. wanted to find a new institutional home in order to make better use of funding and expand its reach to national investors. Our research involved using participant interviews to formulate a cohesive public relations campaign to help GSEI find a new institutional home.

We recommended that GSEI approach large donors and alumni for financial support, develop new contact methods and identify a new set of contacts with institutions, and convert professors in the social entrepreneurship field into organizational advocates.
